Metal Mesh Filters Air Filters

Good Filter Company heavy duty 3/32″, 1/8″, 1/4″, 5/16″ and 3/8″ thick metal mesh air filters are constructed of an inner media pack of of multi-layered expanded aluminum bonded together to make a single filter pad. The layers are expanded at different size openings with the larger openings at the air intake side and becoming progressively smaller through the filter. This makes this filter more efficient than individual layers not bonded together. In the heavy duty model, we add a layer of heavy duty expanded aluminum on both the intake side of the filter and the exhaust side of the filter for added strength and durability. An air flow direction label is attached to the filter frame for clarification. This filter is then enclosed in a heavy duty aluminum frame and comes in sizes up to 2000 square inches. Metal Mesh Filters Air Filters are made of high-quality aluminum. The filter contains an exclusive 12-layer aluminum media for maximum filtration and extra durability.
Application – The mesh filter is installed in your HVAC system. It is recommended to hand wash the filter using mild dishwashing liquid and warm water. Soak the filter in hot water and dishwashing liquid for about 1 hour. Then use a fine-bristled brush to gently scrub the filter surface. Rinse with water and let dry.

This spark arrestor filter prevents combustion of the metal particles that are taken in by the downdraft table.

This aluminum filter extinguishes any sparks before they pass through to the next filter.

It is important to replace this filter when indicated by the vacuum pressure gauge, to ensure the safety of your shop.
