Common faults caused by dirty and clogged air conditioner filters

The temperature around the indoor unit is low, but the temperature in the room is high, which is related to the fan speed. The slow phenomenon is similar.
② Clogged water tray (cabinet unit, hanging machine): The filter is dirty and blocked, dust accumulates on the evaporator surface through the gaps, and flows into the water tray with condensed water. Over time, the water tray is clogged and the indoor unit leaks.
③Clogging of the evaporator (cabinet machine): If a barber shop uses a cabinet machine, the filter is dirty and blocked, and hair strands are sucked in by the fan and blown to the back of the evaporator, causing the evaporator to become dirty and clogged. Even if the filter is cleaned, the evaporator needs to be cleaned; If cabinets are used in public places in winter, dust can easily be sucked in by the fan and blown behind the evaporator, which will also block the evaporator.
④ Blocked fan blades (cabinet machine, hanging machine): Dust blocks the filter, the fan motor is running, and the dust adheres to the blades, the distance becomes smaller, the air blowing volume becomes smaller, the noise becomes louder, and the air volume at the air outlet is unstable.
⑤ Heating overload, no defrost: The filter is dirty and blocked, the evaporator surface temperature is too high during heating, the heating time becomes longer after the main board detects, the condenser is severely frosted, and the outdoor fan is controlled to start and stop at the same time.
⑥ Refrigeration freezing: The filter is dirty and blocked, and the evaporator temperature is very low during cooling. After the mainboard detects it, it enters the cooling anti-icing protection, controls the shutdown, and no longer cools.
⑦ The indoor unit is leaking: the filter is dirty and blocked, and the evaporator temperature is very low during cooling. If the mainboard is not equipped with refrigeration anti-freezing protection, the evaporator will freeze and the indoor unit will leak.
