Goldeneye Nickel is a low stress/highly corrosion-resistant nickel plating process capable of operation over a wide range of current densities from a proprietary electrolyte. Noted for its superior thickness distribution, improved corrosion-resistance, and lower waste treatment costs, Goldeneye Nickel can be utilized in reel to reel, rack and barrel plating applications.

LED Lead Frame is a polymer-based multi-chip semiconductor emitter built on a plastic leaded chip carrier (PLCC) architecture. The LED emitters are primarily packaged in an industry-standard 5050 surface mount package. This type of high-power LED is designed to gain the high efficiency advantages of reflector-based SMD packages. Improvements in thermal path design and the use of high operating temperature housing materials enable these LEDs to operate at higher junction temperatures and drive currents. However, the inherent limitations of the package platform pose challenges to their reliable performance in applications served by traditional ceramic-based high-power LEDs and the rapidly adopted CSP LEDs. Generally speaking, high-power lead frame LEDs are intended for use in controlled environments or cost-sensitive projects. Their footprint is found throughout indoor and outdoor lighting systems, including high bays, low bays, floodlights, high poles, streetlights, landscape lights, architectural and facade luminaires, etc.
Silver Electroplating
LED Lead Frameis a silver electroplating process which produces ultra-bright and reflective silver deposits for LED substrate applications, in rack and medium speed reel to reel plating equipment using soluble anodes.
