Introduction To Speakers

Speakers are commonly known as "trumpetes". It is a very commonly used electroacoustic transducer device, which can be seen in sound-producing electronic and electrical equipment.

The speaker is a transducer device that converts electrical signals into acoustic signals. The performance of the speaker has a great impact on the sound quality. The speaker is the weakest component in audio equipment, and it is also the most important component in terms of sound effects. There are many different types of speakers, and their prices vary widely. Audio power uses electromagnetic, piezoelectric or electrostatic effects to cause its paper cone or diaphragm to vibrate and resonate (resonate) with the surrounding air to produce sound.
Low-end plastic speakers have no sound quality because their cabinets are thin and cannot overcome resonance (some well-designed plastic speakers are far better than inferior wooden speakers); wooden speakers reduce the sound coloration caused by the resonance of the cabinet. The sound quality is generally better than plastic speakers.
Usually multimedia speakers are dual-unit, two-way designs. One smaller speaker is responsible for the output of mid-range and high-pitched sounds, while the other larger speaker is responsible for the output of mid-bass.
When selecting speakers, you should consider the materials of these two speakers: the tweeter units of multimedia active speakers are now mainly soft domes (in addition, there are titanium film domes for analog sound sources, etc.), which can reduce high frequencies when combined with digital sound sources. The coldness of the signal gives people a cold, slender, and ethereal feeling. Multimedia speakers are now mostly made of soft domes such as silk membranes with better quality and PV membranes with lower cost.
